I’m originally from Birmingham, Alabama, and now call Madison home. I have three wonderful children—my adult son who works here in Huntsville, and college-aged twins, a boy and a girl.
In my free time, I enjoy creative hobbies such as art, crafting, and music. I also love spending time outdoors and take every chance I get to go camping, kayaking, or hiking.
I am truly passionate about teaching Pre-K. Working with tiny humans is my jam, and I’m committed to creating a warm, nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued, loved, and part of our school family. I’m so excited to be a part of the Rolling Hills Elementary team and looking forward to another amazing year of learning and growth with my students.

This will be my 7th year teaching PreK at Rolling Hills Elementary, it definitely feels like home! I have also taught PreK in several different private preschools over the course of my career. Before coming to HCS, I was an instructional assistant for Madison city schools, working with special needs elementary children and also in their special needs PreK program.
